Our Coordinator: Mark

Kia ora koutou, hello everyone and welcome to Gore and East Southland.

We welcome anyone from overseas or New Zealand who is new to our region. This beautiful area is centrally located and an ideal base for taking in the sights of the south.

We can help you with settlement support information, make you aware of local activities and workshops as well as help connect you to other services in the area. We also organize events to provide opportunities for you to meet and greet other newcomers.

I myself came to New Zealand 20 years ago for a holiday and never left! I have been made to feel so welcome and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I hope we can help to make your time in our area an amazing experience too.
